Clinical Manifestations: patient registered for palpable tumor in the right axila, weigh loss, inapetence in the last 6 months. 
Clinic: internat pentru formațiune tumorală palpabilă în axila dreaptă, scădere în greutate, inapetență, în ultimele 6 luni. 
CT Scan: tumoral structure belong to the head and body of the pancreas. 
 Tomografie computerizată: formațiune tumorală aparținând corpului și capului pancreatic.
